On April 12th, 2017 the Continuing Education School (CES), China University of Petroleum, Beijing (CUPB) in cooperation with the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO), Ministry of Commerce, have organized a15-day 2017 "Belt & Road" energy strategy seminar.
        The 45 participants were foreign officials from 14 countries include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Turkey, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam. The CES intention was to effectively allow the participants to be acquainted with better background on China's energy status and promote basis of understanding about some of Chinese outstanding energy related companies, therefore the training results would become more meaningful.
        In this half-month of knowledge and culture exchange, the trainees showed great enthusiasm to learn and did great job, they have demonstrated lots of understanding and support. Therefore, they would be able to promote China "One Belt One Road" as well as to be the national cultural exchanges and friendship heritage messenger in their respective countries.
        In addition, the 45 participants have got opportunities to conduct open discussions with the leaders and technical staff of Chinese companies. It is worth mentioning that the seminar was highly concerned by China media such as China Daily and some participants were interviewed. This successful seminar can be considered as a start point of CES and AIBO for a long-term cooperation regarding the foreign aid training projects!
